a. All invoices are to be paid in full by Friday 8th June 2018.
b. For those invoices sent after 14th May, full payment of your stand must be received prior to the 13th June 2018 for you to be allowed to exhibit at FACE 2018. If your assigned space is not paid for by 14th June 2018, it may be cancelled and/or reassigned without notification or refund of payments by FACE and IIR Exhibitions Ltd.
c. CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION OF SPACE Notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel or reduce space must be sent in writing on company letterhead to the FACE event Manager at Euromedicom office. If written notification of cancellation or booth reduction is received at Euromedicom office: • Until February 14th, 2018 included: 50% are due by the applicant • After February 15th, 2018 included: The total amount of the order is due. Cancellation fees are non-transferable. An exhibitor’s cancellation of technical exhibit space will result in the release by Euromedicom of convention center public meeting space previously assigned to the exhibitor.
