a. All invoices are to be paid in full by Friday 8th June 2018.
b. For those invoices sent after 14th May, full payment of your stand must be received prior to the 13th June 2018 for you to be allowed to exhibit at FACE 2018. If your assigned space is not paid for by 14th June 2018, it may be cancelled and/or reassigned without notification or refund of payments by FACE and IIR Exhibitions Ltd.
c. Notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel or reduce space must be sent in writing to your FACE representative. The date of cancellation shall be the date FACE receives the written cancellation. If an exhibiting company does not occupy their booth space, the company will be liable for 100% of the stand fee. There will be no fee for cancellations prior to 1st May 2018. Cancellations between 1st May – 25th May, 30% of the Stand value will be retained. Any cancellations after 25th May, 100% of the Stand value will be retained.
